敬愛的名譽會長、顧問、理監事、會員先進們大家好，

衷心感謝各位對本屆澳洲台灣商會期間內之各項活動的熱情參與和大力支持，使商會會務皆能順利推動。我們訂於 2025年6月22日舉行會員大會。有關委託書及提案表，開會時間、地點安排如下。敬請所有新舊會員、理監事和顧問先進們撥冗出席、踴躍參加。

會員大會：

日期:   2025年6月22日 (Sunday)

時間:   12:30 – 1:00pm  報到、交流

           1:30pm – 2:30pm 報告、會議

         3:00pm 台商座談會

地點:   澳洲雪梨華僑文教服務中心，Level 6/8 Thomas St, Chatswood NSW 2067

服裝：Business Attire

本活動僅限本會有效會員參加，敬請見諒。

會員大會注意事項:

1. 投票資格與提案：

僅限已繳清會費之會員，方可提交提案或行使代理投票權。

2. 會員繳費政策：

會員可登入本商會官方網站 https://www.sydneytcca.com.au 的個人或公司帳戶，以信用卡繳納會費，或申請發票以進行銀行轉帳。

如對您的會員資格有任何疑問，或希望提交提案，請於2025年6月19日前電郵至本會秘書長 andrew.cheng@sydneytcca.com.au or michael.wu@sydneytcca.com.au，以利處理並納入會議議程。

Sincere Appreciation and Invitation to the TCCA 2025 AGM. We extend our heartfelt thanks for your enthusiastic participation and generous support of the Taiwan Chamber of Commerce in Australia’s activities throughout this term. With your engagement, our operations have been able to proceed smoothly and successfully. 

The 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on June 22, 2025. Details of the proxy form, proposal submission, time, and venue are listed below.

We sincerely invite all new and existing members, board directors, supervisors, and advisory members to attend and support these important events.

Voting Eligibility & Proposals:

Only paid members have the right to submit and hold proxy votes.

Membership Fee Payment Policy:

Members can renew their memberships by loging into their personal or corporate accounts at https://www.sydneytcca.com.au to pay their membership fee via credit card or request an invoice for bank transfer.

If you have any queries regarding your membership or would like to submit a proposal, please email the Chamber Secretary at andrew.cheng@sydneytcca.com.au by 19 June 2025 for processing and inclusion in the meeting agenda.
