2024 TCCA AGM

敬愛的名譽會長、顧問、理監事、會員先進們大家好，

衷心感謝各位對本屆澳洲台灣商會期間內之各項活動的熱情參與和大力支持，使商會會務皆能順利推動。經第5次理監事會議決議，我們訂於 2024年6月23日舉行第19屆會員大會。有關委託書及提案表，開會時間、地點安排如下。會後備有精緻晚宴，敬請所有新舊會員、理監事和顧問先進們撥冗出席、踴躍參加。

時間:   4:00pm – 4:30pm 報到、交流

           4:30pm – 6:00pm 報告、會議

           6:30pm – 10:00pm 台商之夜晚宴

此活動澳洲台灣商會會員免費，非會員每人$155。

服裝：Business Attire

地點:   Doltone House Darling Island, 48 Pirrama Road, Pyrmont NSW 2009.

注意事項:

    1. 會員繳交年費規定：

    15/06/2023 以前的會員, 得以在TCCA官方網站登陸個人或企業帳號來繳費，以信用卡或轉帳方式繳交會費。在15/06/2023 之後加入的會員可免費參加此次AGM, 但仍須在會員到期日之前繳交會費。

    2.  凡已繳交第19屆會費之會員為繳費會員，擁有委託和被委託權

     如任何提案請於2024年5月30日前以email至商會秘書處 Andrew.cheng@sydneytcca.com.au, 以便彙整作業。

Cost for non-members is $155pp.

Notice:

1. Membership fee payment regulations:

Members for the period from June 15, 2023, to May 31, 2024, may update their membership via personal or corporate accounts on the TCCA official website, and payment can be made by credit card or bank transfer.

2. Members who have already paid the 19th annual membership fee are authorised to act as financial members. For any proposals, please email them to the Chamber Secretary's office Andrew.cheng@sydneytcca.com.au before May 30, 2024, for consolidation.
