1. Officer, Admin & IT

We are seeking an Administration and IT Officer whose focus will be to provide administrative support to our bank and assist in IT tasks (including general office affairs and reporting functions) to provide support internally and be well-communicated with vendors externally. This is a busy and critical role, you need to be a highly motivated and great team player.

Requirement:

1. Relevant tertiary qualification.

2. 6 - 12 months of experience in an Administration position is preferred.

3. Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) are essential

4. Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required.

5. Emphasis on accuracy, timeliness and thoroughness when executing tasks, and high attention to detail.

6. Flexible, fast learner and easy-going.

7. Able to learn new tasks/ skills, ability to problem solve

8. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Chinese is required.

2. Operations Officer

We are seeking an Operations Officer for our Sydney Branch. The Operations Officer is responsible for processing daily transactions for bank and customers including conducting account opening and KYC, accepting deposits and withdrawals and processing money transfers etc. Responsibilities and duties of the Operations Officer include but are not limited to:

1. Perform account opening and customer due diligence.

2. Handle both inward and outward remittances via SWIFT and local clearing systems.

3. Process daily deposit, loan and treasury transactions.

4. Prepare regulatory and management reports.

5. Ensure all practices, procedures and regulations are adhered to in performing daily duties.

6. Ensure a high level of accuracy when entering static data into core banking systems.

7. Additional projects and tasks assigned by the Operations Manager.

3. Assistant Relationship Manager (Brisbane)

We are seeking an Assistant Relationship Manager for our Brisbane Branch. The Assistant Relationship Manager is primarily responsible for client coverage, associating with Relationship Manager in developing and maintaining positive relationships with major lead arrangers of Syndication loan cases and high net-worth clients.
